We reinvest a significant portion of our profits to unlock women's potential. We support initiatives fostering their full participation in leadership and across all aspects of life. Basically, we take the money we earn advising non-profits and businesses, and we invest that in helping women thrive, so that we can all work together to towards a more equitable future.

Employee Engagement: Each team member at TSGC is encouraged and supported to dedicate hours to volunteer for gender equality causes.

Collective Community Impact: Collectively, we participate in significant community initiatives & activities, amplifying our impact. We’ve supported organizations like YWCA, Southern Alberta Women in Business, BGC (formerly the Boys & Girls Club), Imagine Canada, Lethbridge Diversity & Inclusion Alliance, SouthGrow Regional Initiative, Volunteer Lethbridge, Barons-Eureka-Warner FCSS, Chinook Arch Library Systems, Coalhurst Parks & Rec.

You asked for it! Boldly Grow with Purpose will be an annual event! We loved 2024’s edition and cannot wait for 2025.

We’re also bringing back one of Lyndsay’s first grassroots community-building initiatives: Women Wine and Wit. Join us for a monthly article club (because who has time to read a whole book), where we talk about provocative topics, share some wine, and connect with each other.
Webinars and Workshops: Both Abigail and Lyndsay graduated with a Master of Arts in Leadership, and they’ve spent a considerable amount of time dissecting what made their experiences so life-changing. Our monthly webinars and workshops aim to provide you with the same experience for free (yay to no student loans!). Check out our upcoming events to see what’s coming up and what you missed!

Empowering Non-Profits: We're passionate about empowering purpose-driven organizations to create real change. We get it – non-profits often face tight budgets, limiting access to crucial services. Each year, we will provide strategic planning services to two purpose-driven organizations. BONUS POINTS if your organization empowers girls and women and champions gender equality.

Supporting Women-led Small Businesses: Women business owners are the bees' knees! We love seeing women business owners succeed and want to use our skills to help them along the way. We’re committed to providing free services to two burgeoning women-led enterprises, helping them flourish in competitive markets. Do you need help with integrating social impact into your business? Want to explore how you show up as a leader? Do you need some strategies for change management?
