How Did We Get Here?
Imagine This Scene in Your Mind
Two friends, Lyndsay and Abigail, were sitting on the sun-drenched patio of Tacofino in beautiful Gastown, Vancouver. Tacos were being devoured, margaritas were being sipped, and laughter filled the air.
But beneath the surface, something magical was brewing. Lyndsay was feeling the weight of burnout and yearned for work that truly fulfilled her, while Abigail was searching for a deeper sense of purpose. As they gazed out into the bustling city, their hearts whispered the need for change.
A few months later, those whispers became screams. Lyndsay bid adieu to her old job, took a leap of faith, and embraced the exciting unknown. At that moment, The Social Good Co. was born.​
​Lyndsay's background in academia and community leadership has earned her international recognition for her contributions to engagement and fundraising. In addition to serving as the Mayor of her community, Lyndsay is a skilled University Instructor with expertise in diverse delivery and engagement methods.

Lyndsay is known for using innovative approaches to uncover root causes and develop unique solutions. She loves the strategic planning process and helping teams create clarity and excitement for their organizations' futures.​
A Compelling Background for Consulting
Abigail has spent her career creating opportunities for marginalized voices in the non-profit sector and has a particular interest in advancing gender equity.
As the previous Director of Strategic Initiatives at Pine River Foundation, she has also had the opportunity to develop her passion for youth and mental health. She is a queer, biracial woman and also works as Director of Development for a National 2SLGBTQ+ organization.
